How is Jarvis Licensed?

A license of Jarvis CRM™ allows one (1) copy to be installed on a single FileMaker Server and used with the specified number of users that are purchased.


FileMaker Server 17 with Web Publishing enabled is required.

7FileMaker Pro 17 Advanced is required on Mac and Windows Desktops.

What is FileMaker®?

FileMaker Pro 17 is a powerful, easy-to-use software to create custom applications that run on iPad, iPhone, Windows, Mac, and in a web browser. Jarvis CRM requires FileMaker 17 Server for serving the application as well as FileMaker Pro 17. As a FileMaker Reseller, we will assist you with the right licensing for your company. FileMaker Software is not included with Jarvis CRM.

Can I add Users?

Yes, you only pay the difference when adding users.

Can I upgrade to Jarvis V5?

This is a full price upgrade. Customizations will not transfer. Version 5 is not a direct import. Contact us for pricing and assistance with upgrades.

Do you offer Support?

Yes, initially we happily make sure the core application is up and running and answer questions.

What are my options for hosting?

Jarvis CRM can be hosted in-house or in the cloud. Hosting Jarvis CRM requires FileMaker Server 17. We recommend Longterm Solutions for FileMaker hosting outside your operating offices.
